从被动学习到主动思考是我对于每一个学生的目标，实现这个目标的过程是轻松、快乐的，其中了解自己的学生起到了很重要的作用，只有全面的了解了学生才能更好更快的开发其学习英语的兴趣。看到我的很多学生从最初的厌烦英语到后来爱上英语，真的是一件很叫人开心的事。
作为教师，当我全心的投入到我的教学我的课堂时，学生反馈给我的是对我的一种爱戴：送给我他们自己画的画，折的小飞机… …每每这时我都会非常的感动。

Hello，everybody！I’m Rose. Engtech School is a place where my inspiration can be inspired, where many new teaching methods can be initiated and applied to the learning process. As a kid teacher, I think understanding, love and respect are essential to communications with kids as the process of growing up is actually a psychological growth process, rather than an intellectual one, and intellectual growth is attached to psychological growth. Kids are always simple and pure, when I am with them; my life is full of love and happiness, too. I firmly believe that passion is extremely important and I should explore the shining point from every child and never let one child “Left behind”.
