每一个孩子都是可爱的，我发现当我和孩子们建立平等、尊重的关系时，教育孩子马上变得很简单。我所在的托管教室里，孩子们都很乖，他们很认真的在这里完成作业，每当看到这一切时，我都很有成就感。
