Hello，everybody！I’m Rose. Engtech School is a place where my inspiration can be inspired, where many new teaching methods can be initiated and applied to the learning process. As a kid teacher, I think understanding, love and respect are essential to communications with kids as the process of growing up is actually a psychological growth process, rather than an intellectual one, and intellectual growth is attached to psychological growth. Kids are always simple and pure, when I am with them; my life is full of love and happiness, too. I firmly believe that passion is extremely important and I should explore the shining point from every child and never let one child “Left behind”.

Hi, I am kalsey. Many students like to call me si-si for short as well. I think I am a very lucky dog as a EngTech teacher, because I can see children smiling happily everyday; I can feel children’s love every minute; I can witness children’s growth every second. I am doing a great thing, which make me feel satisfied.
In my class, children just like the little drops of water after a heavy rain, sometimes active, sometimes naughty, but they are all very cute! Play is the nature of children. Let’s learn English happily
